How to use:
Outline your lips along its natural contours then fill in with your lip product of choice. This product is best paired with the Cashmere Kiss Matte Lipsticks.
Tip: Close the cap properly when not in use to prevent formula from drying up. Use the built-in sharpener to keep lip liner precise.
