RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing quality skincare and cosmetic products to all our Customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

•    Returns must be made within 1 week from the date it was purchased. In case, purchase was made through our website, 1 week will start from the day the product was delivered and received.

•    Products must be in its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition.

•    In case the product was purchased at our Store, we will accept return also from our Store. If purchase was done through our website, we will waive the delivery fee on the return only if the product is damaged/defective or if we delivered the wrong product. If the reason is any other than what we have stated, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the Customer.

•    The original receipt should be presented together with the products to be returned.

 

REFUND POLICY

We can issue a refund if the product is proven damaged or defective and if the replacement product is out of stock or no longer available.
