It also helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines as well as improve the skin's elasticity and firmness by working on the deeper layers of the skin.
Formulated with Glycerin, Witch Hazel Leaf Extract, Bearberry Leaf Extract, Mulberry Leaf Extract, Papaya Fruit Extract, Retinyl Palmitate, Salicylic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid and Alpha-Arbutin.

How to use:
After cleansing with Brilliant Skin Gluta-Arbutin Soap, please a small amount of toner on a cotton pad and spread evely on face and neck in an upward motion. Use twice daily. Use Brilliant Skin Sunscreen Gel-Cream SPF30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays of the sun.
