How to use:
As Lip Base: Take a small amount of content, evenly apply over lips and dap gently. Then apply the desired lip product for silky application.
As Lip Top Coat: Dispense a small amount of content and evenly apply over lipstick. Dap gently for the gorgeous matte finish.
