Locks in moisture and improves moisture retention with Ceramide & Hyaluronic Acid.
The watery toner quickly absorbs into the skin leaving it hydrated and refreshed.

How to use:
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to your palms or a cotton pad. Apply all over the face and gently pat to allow absorption.
