How to use:
To Tame And Hold Brows In Place: Using short upward strokes, brush brows in the direction of hair growth to create your desired brow shape.
To Add Volume And Color: Brush brows in the opposite direction of hair growth to deposit color and add texture. Use alone or layer with other products from the Brow Artist Series for a natural, multidimensional look. To easily remove and wash off the product, use an oil-based makeup remove.
