We source all our products directly from the brand Manufacturers and/or Authorized Distributors of the brand, thus we are not accountable to the contents and effectiveness of the products we sell. Printed product expiry dates are also the responsibility of the brand owners/manufacturers.

For international shipping, shipping rates are available upon check-out.
Local deliveries are done by our Delivery Team. They will call prior to delivery to make sure you are available to receive your order. Any delay due to your non-availability is your sole responsibility. Any additional charges due to sudden change in delivery address should be shouldered by you. Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered same day at 6pm to 10pm.
International Shipping is currently being handled by DHL Express against signature. Thus, we decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, deterioration or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers.
SECTION 10. RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing quality skincare and cosmetic products to all our Customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product:
• Returns must be made within 1 week from the date it was purchased. In case, purchase was made through our website, 1 week will start from the day the product was delivered and received.
• Products must be in its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition.
• In case the product was purchased at our Store, we will accept return also from our Store. If purchase was done through our website, we will waive the delivery fee on the return only if the product is damaged/defective or if we delivered the wrong product. If the reason is any other than what we have stated, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the Customer.
• The original receipt should be presented together with the products to be returned.
We can issue a refund if the product is proven damaged or defective and if the replacement product is out of stock or no longer available.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product being returned is proven to be not the original product (bought from other sellers) or was damaged due to your own fault or negligence.

If for any reason you may need to cancel your order, please do so prior to dispatch of your order to our Delivery Team. After your order is dispatched and you cancel your order, we might be compelled to charge you with the corresponding delivery fee.
